Honestly,

Yesterday I found out two of my friends (well, more like acquaintances) had gotten together. They had only known each other for merely 2 months. I scrunched my face internally. How much can two emotionally charged people know about each other within a few months? Feelings come and feelings go. What makes them so sure that after all the emotions dissolve, they will still like what is left?

I never believed in love at first sight because i can never give my heart to someone whom i don't trust more than myself.

An irony, because where can you find someone who is more trustworthy than yourself?
